The late Senator Janet Johnson, and Senator Roger Moe and I take a stroll through the downtown area of Lindstrom. We are standing in front of what was once a prominent landmark in this area..... "The Rainbow Cafe". It was recently demolished to make way for a new building.
Since moving to Chisago County from Saint Paul some twenty years ago, my heart and soul have established deep roots here. The foundation of the beauty of this community revolves around the beautiful and historic St Croix river valley. We are blessed to have such a valuable natural resource in such close proximity to the twin city metropolitan area.
