Professional Experience After spending some twenty years as a building contractor, I was elected a Chisago County Commissioner where land use was one of my favorite issues. In 2000 I was elected president of the Association of Minnesota Counties. This background has provided me with invaluable experience to aid me in the real estate field. Additionally, my "elected official" track record had gained me contacts and friendships that are extremely beneficial in the pursuit of this profession. Education and Awards In September of 2003, I was named the "Tom Sales Agent of the Month" for the CBBC Forest Lake Office.
